Sexy? well lets just say, Lily Allen can be sexy, when she's trying to pull it off, but there's more humor and earthy realness to her personality, and that's a plus. Annoying? No I don't think so, she can be annoyed like anyone else, but that's because people write about it, and they are two different personalities.
